By accessing or using Tael's edge computing platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

Description of Services

Tael provides edge computing infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

• Virtual machine provisioning and management
• Kubernetes cluster orchestration
• AI-powered infrastructure optimization
• Content delivery and edge caching
• Developer tools and APIs

Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining without permission
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

Payment and Billing

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will handle it in accordance with our data processing agreements and applicable privacy laws.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services. Our current SLA commitments include:

• 99.99% uptime for production services
• Sub-50ms global latency targets
• 24/7 monitoring and support

Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tael and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account through our dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees
• We will provide reasonable notice for non-breach terminations

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tael from any claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
